Shane Prebenda is the Founder & CEO of Alfa Catalisi LLP and Member of the Board of Governors at Farm The Sun USA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Shane brings over two decades of experience spanning SaaS platform development, enterprise dealmaking, AI implementation and management consulting — including a track record of multiple successful technology platform exits with a combined value exceeding $500 million. Prior to founding Alfa Catalisi, Shane served as Head of Nayax Energy and OTI Americas, where he led financial and energy infrastructure, AI integration, platform launches and enterprise go‑to‑market strategy at scale.

Prior to Nayax, Shane led a series of AI firms to successful exit and delivered $100 million acquisitions and divestitures as a senior analyst at Knight Capital Group (KCG). Now at Alfa Catalisi, Shane leads every client engagement personally — architecting strategy, overseeing AI platform development, and activating a dealmaking network built over thirty years.

Tessa Buteneers is a seasoned operations executive whose career spans high‑growth technology, sustainability and life sciences — bringing to Alfa Catalisi a rare combination of operational precision and cross‑industry depth.

Her background includes senior operations leadership at GSV Labs, Sustainability Partners and Kaptivo, where she built and scaled operational infrastructure across fast‑moving organizations at critical growth stages. Most recently, Tessa held executive operations roles in BioPharma — serving at Omega Therapeutics, Glympse Bio and Mural Oncology — where she operated at the intersection of scientific rigor, regulatory complexity and institutional stakeholder management.

At Alfa Catalisi, Tessa directs the operational architecture that allows this team to perform at enterprise scale — ensuring that every client engagement is executed with the discipline and accountability that separates firms that deliver from firms that advise. Tessa is the operational force behind Alfa Catalisi.

Marcus is the operational nerve center of every Alfa Catalisi AI engagement — responsible for ensuring that strategy, technology, and client objectives move in lockstep from kickoff to delivery. Marcus manages the full project lifecycle across Alfa Catalisi's AI implementations: scoping, resourcing, milestone sequencing, stakeholder communication, and accountability frameworks that keep complex, multi-workstream engagements on time and on target.

What separates Marcus from a traditional project manager is fluency in the technical architecture beneath the work. Marcus understands what is being built, not just when it is due. This enables Marcus to catch misalignment early, translate between technical and executive stakeholders without distortion, and ensure that every deliverable shipped reflects the original strategic intent. On a team where precision is non-negotiable, Marcus is the mechanism that makes it consistent.

Jennifer is the technical foundation of Alfa Catalisi's AI practice — the architect responsible for designing the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that turn client strategy into deployed, production-ready AI. Jennifer leads the design of agentic frameworks, LLM integrations, and custom AI pipelines across Alfa Catalisi's client portfolio, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical architecture that performs in the real world, not just in a demo environment.

Jennifer's approach is defined by one principle: AI architecture should solve a specific business problem, not showcase technical sophistication for its own sake. Every system Jennifer designs is built around measurable outcomes — revenue generated, costs eliminated, processes automated — and engineered to compound in value as the client's operations scale. Jennifer is the reason Alfa Catalisi's AI implementations ship and stick.

Danielle sits at the intersection of AI systems and operations — the specialist who ensures that what Alfa Catalisi builds actually integrates into the way a client's organization thinks, works, and makes decisions. Danielle leads the orchestration layer of every AI implementation: configuring systems, designing delivery frameworks, managing model behavior, and overseeing the hand-off from build to live deployment with zero tolerance for operational disruption.

Where most implementations stall is not in the build — it's in the integration. Danielle specializes in exactly that transition, coordinating alongside client teams to drive adoption, train on new workflows, and iterate rapidly based on real-world performance data. Danielle is the final mile of every Alfa Catalisi AI engagement — and the reason clients don't just receive a system, they receive a system that works.
